Old Room Upgrade to a better working space - NSW Government

Randall Group where engaged by the NSW Department of Education to upgrade an older underutilised ‘room’ in a local school.

Started by stripping out, capping of services and then framing up, installing insulation to make it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, installing gyprock and having the plasterer finish off the works, carpenters fitted out the room [skirt’s arc’s etc] and then paint team painted, installation of a reverse cycle air-conditioned and fitting off the upgrading of electrical switches and outlets. Also installation of new door and new education department lock.

All EFSG’s [Education Facilities Standards Guidelines] where met as we are fully qualified to carry out works for NSW Government.

Just waiting for the floor coverings to go down.

All local trades and suppliers – no need to go out of town.
