Working with a local builder on a new build [on conjunction with the new owner]

Concept Designs by Randall Group approved by builder and owner to [nearly] finished photos.

Our clients liked the look of White on White colour scheme and a minimalistic sleek look with handless doors and draws, selecting the finger pull style profile doors from Polytec called Waverly with a gloss polyurethane finish Dulux White on White.

Bench Tops from Caesarstone – Intense White with 40mm edge work and waterfall ends. All appliances are from Nover Platinum Range and come with a 5-year warranty.

The overall project included a Butlers pantry in behind the oven side with a timber look bench top Polytec Prime Oak Woodmatt and Classic White open shelving

The Laundry was done using the same colour scheme and materials, the walk in robe was designed with maximising the usable space and keeping the cost down using white carcass board and BLUM metabox inner drawers.
